The many faces of pencil...

It has been a while since I have written to you all. Well, I have returned from a short absence and hopefully with some renewed vigor. Recently I have been having some difficulty finishing my pieces. Now weather this is due to a lack of concentration, to many things left unfinished that it draws me away from what I should be doing, or something completely different, it really is getting to be a hindrance. I have a few drawings I need to scan so I can show you where they stand and perhaps get some outside influence to help the process along. Along with this, I need to get on top of contacting different spaces to get a show together. I am currently showing the drawing "Sarah's old horse barn" at the Dee Strickland Conference Center in Henrietta NY. I would like to plan a show titled "The many faces of pencil" or something along those lines. 2010 was a prolific year in art for me, so I have quite a few pieces to display and would like to get them in a well planed show in the near future. (If you have any suggestions for a good place to show feel free to let me know)
So I have taken a few minutes to share a couple of words with you thanks to having to take a short break from working due to a pulled muscle in my neck...(it is having a party and I didn't invite it. Just spasming away.) I should try to get back to work. Thanks for taking the time to give this a read and I will be talking to you all soon.

One of the last drawing I completed in 2010, I hope you all like it, and I would be interested in any comments you might have.  (just warming you up for when I put up some new work from 2011!)

Thanks again.
